Our sincere condolences to Carol and her family. I have many fond memories of Aunt Boots from my childhood, including Sunday afternoon family visits at the home on Owen Street where my Dad and Uncle Steve would commiserate over polka music. Aunt Boots helped teach my Dad the proper pronunciation to sing in Polish. May she rest in peace with her beloved Steve. Love, hugs and prayers from Nancy and Don Konieczka.

My Dear Aunt Boots,
You were always so happy to see me. No one has been that happy to see me since my mom died. Seemed like you were always, always thanking me for this, thanking me for that.
But I should’ve been thanking you. I was really the fortunate one. For the last six years, I was able to feel closer to my own mother through you. I got to witness a brave, strong, funny woman who could be in pain but never once complain about it, a woman with a strong faith in God and a true sense of right and wrong - no gray areas there! - live her life on her own terms - no compromises.
You worked hard for your independence and autonomy right till the end - and you did it, sweet lady, you won!
My goal is to be. just. like. you. at 99 years. You are my hero!
Miss you so much.

To Carol and Family, we remember your parents very well. Had many good times at St. Casimir Church and Polaski Hall. Watched you grow up. You are all in our prayers. From Tony & Barbara Krawczak, now living in California!
