Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022 following a lengthy illness. Age 84 years. The daughter of the late Aloysius and Mary (Piwowarski) Przybylski, Mary Ann was born November 26, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Theodore (Ted) Pawlik, her loving husband of 60 years, on August 10, 1957. He predeceased her March 18, 2018. Mary Ann was employed at Michigan Bell Telephone for many years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, Telephone Pioneers of America and the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends.


Surviving are one son and one daughter, Jeff (Tina) Pawlik and Christine Pawlik; four grandchildren, Jeffrey (Stephanie) and Katherine Pawlik, Zachery and Caitlin Reiter; two great-grandchildren, Theodore and Lenora Pawlik; one brother, Thomas (Jeanne) Przybylski; sister-in-law, Geraldine Przybylski; sisters-in-law, Fran Pawlik and Zita Pawlik; brother-in-law Chet (Pat) Pawlik; many nieces and nephews. Mary Ann was preceded in death by a brother, James Przybylski, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ben, Hank (Del) and Harold Pawlik, Theresa (Joe) Musial, Julie (Val) Kostrzewa, Vicki (Zeke) Winiecke and Irene (Rusty) Packard.


Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Liturgy will take place 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State Street in Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church or the Alzheimer’s Association.
