Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Kindy Adult Foster Care Home in Freeland. Age 99 years. The daughter of the late Philip and Emma (Shue) Robishaw, Marjorie was born on July 28, 1923 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Alger Alexander Keller on October 10, 1942. He predeceased her on October 28, 1990. Marjorie graduated from Midland High School in 1942. Marjorie was proud to have “Rosie the Riveter” status during World War II. She was a former secretary at Saginaw Products, worked in sales at Reed Shoe Store and eventually owned and operated several businesses with her Alger including commercial laundry, A&W Restaurant in Prudenville from 1964 to 1968 and a motel in Sault Ste. Marie. Marjorie was a very talented seamstress and loved to quilt. She also enjoyed doing the family genealogy and crafts. She was a very social person and absolutely loved being with people making new friends. Marjorie was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Midland.

Surviving are three sons, Richard (Kathleen) Keller, Au Gres; Robert (Cindy) Keller, Littleton, Colorado; Randall (Raeann) Keller, Saginaw; 10 grandchildren, Cortney (Josh) Whanger, Brooke Grider, Ben Keller, Jack Keller, Alexander Keller, Joshua Keller, John (Deb) Preuss, Tricia (Dan) Hawkes, Christine (Shawn) Ferguson, Shawn (Danielle) Preuss; 11 great-grandchildren, Carson, Peyton, Beck, Quinn, McKenna, Meghan, Madeleine, Meridith, Emily, Sydney and Olivia; several nieces nephews, and close family friends. Marjorie was preceded in death by her siblings, Eddy, Kenny, Bob, Paul and Gene.

Funeral Service will take place at 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Messiah Lutheran Church, 1550 S. Poseyville Rd., Midland. Pastor Matt Lytikainen will officiate with interment in Chapel Hill Cemetery. Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Kindy Care or Messiah Lutheran Church.
