Loving, wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at her home. Age 70 years. Daughter of Jacob Klemm and the late Coreen (VanNorman) Klemm, Karen was born April 28, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Mark A. Grimaldi, her loving husband of 38 years, on August 4, 1984. Karen retired from Covenant HealthCare in the medical records department. She was a member of the Lutheran Faith. Karen enjoyed walking the beach at Point Lookout in AuGres, Michigan looking for beach glass and Petoskey stones, loved to cook and go shopping. She was dedicated to family, friends and especially her grandchildren.
Surviving besides her husband Mark are three daughters and one son, Lisa and Mark Loeffler, Kelly and Trevor Vaughan, Toni and Mike McKenzie, Michael and Brooke Grimaldi; seven wonderful grandchildren, Matthew, Jacob, Cash, Payton, Mason, Cole and Blake; her sister, Linda and Jeff Williams; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, May 22, 2023 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., Saginaw, Michigan. Dennis M. Grimaldi will officiate with entombment in Chapel Hill Mausoleum. Friends may visit at the funeral home, where the family will be present on Sunday, from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
