Obituary for Joseph Leonard Baudoux

Joseph Leonard Baudoux entered eternal rest on February 26, 2022, in Chesaning Michigan. He was born to Louise (Gaertner) and Leonard Baudoux Jr. on May 19, 1956, in Saginaw where he lived most of his life. He is survived by sisters, Sue and Rose, their families, and cherished nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many relatives and friends.
Joe was a loving son caring for his parents until their deaths. He was especially close to his dad who shared his love of antique cars. They were often seen with their restored vehicles at car shows and parades. His nickname was “Model T Joe,” and he had a wealth of knowledge about vintage Fords. He was also a part time DJ and enjoyed sharing music and dancing in costume at private events.

Joe worked for a number of auto manufacturing companies in the Saginaw area over the years. Being a devoted friend to many, he was always willing to lend a helping hand, share advice or tell a story.

The family would like to thank the dedicated and compassionate staff of Chesaning Comfort Care where he spent this past difficult year. He was especially blessed by the loving angels of Southern Care Hospice who made his last months as comfortable as possible. Words cannot express our gratitude.

Funeral services will be private. Should you wish to honor his memory, please consider donating to the Alzheimer’s Association or a charity of your choice.
