Loving sister, aunt and best friend passed away Friday, May 13, 2022. Age 62 years. Janice was born September 13, 1959 in Roseville, Michigan. She was a certified nursing assistant at St. Francis Home for over 20 years. Janice was a member of St. John Paul II Parish. She enjoyed helping the elderly and especially loved caring for children.
Surviving to cherish her memory are one sister, Nancy A. Denaut; three nephews; other family members, John and Carla Rosado ; God sons, Nicklas and Justin; and special friends, Randy Willard, Eathan Willard, Mayleigh Willard and Macie Willard. Janice was preceded in death by her best friend of over 40 years, Mary Elaine Chester.
Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at St. John Paul II Parish, St. Josaphat Catholic Church, 469 Shattuck, Saginaw. Rev. Fr. William Rutkowski will officiate. Honoring Janice’s wishes cremation will follow. Friends may visit at the church where the family will be present on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or the Solanus Center, 1780 Mt. Elliott St. Detroit, Michigan 48207.
