Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt, Gloria B. (King) Rosiek, passed away peacefully in the morning hours of Tuesday, September 20, 2022 with her family by her side at her residence in Jenson Beach, Florida. Age 94 years. Gloria was born on July 1, 1928 in Standish, Michigan to the late Louis Joseph and Blanche (White) King. On June 7, 1947 Gloria married her loving husband, Steve C. Rosiek, and he preceded her in death on August 1, 2012. Gloria was a longtime member of St. Hyacinth Church; she enjoyed being a member of the Alter Society. Gloria will be missed dearly by all, and her memories will be cherished forever.

Left to cherish her memories are her two sons and daughters-in-law, Rodney (Pamela) Rosiek of Coleman, OK and Randall (Susan) Rosiek of Jenson Beach, FL; four grandchildren, Kenneth (Kimberly) Rosiek of McKinney, TX, David (Elizabeth) Rosiek of Maui, HI, Raina (Miguel) Castro of Atlanta, GA, and Robin Rosiek-Smith of Jenson Beach, FL; seven great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Emory, and Clayton Rosiek, Willow Rosiek, Victor and Dominic Castro, and Waylon Rosiek-Smith; and numerous other loving family members. Gloria is happily reunited with her husband, Steve C. Rosiek; son, Neal Rosiek; parents, Louis Joseph and Blanche (White) King; several brothers and sisters; father-in-law mother-in-law, Joseph and Nellie (Brazin) Rosiek; and many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish – St. Hyacinth Catholic Church, 1515 Cass Ave. Bay City, MI 48708. Celebrating will be Rev. Fr. Rick Filary. Family and friends may gather at church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. Private Family Interment will take place in Resurrection of the Lord Catholic Cemetery in Standish Michigan. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider a memorial to “Our Lady of Czestochowa Parish” or “Chapters Health Hospice”.
