Elizabeth taught me to say short prayers during the day to keep Jesus close, and she told me to simply say, “Jesus, Mary, Joseph.” I will never forget that simple way to pray that she shared with me. Extending my deepest sympathy on the loss of your mother and praying that your faith will give you strength in this sad time.

Elizabeth was a kind and loving woman who was devoted to her faith and to her family. She touched everyone she met. She was always ready with a smile when she encountered you. I kept in touch with her over the last few years by sending her special-occasion cards back and forth. I last saw and talked to her at her 90th birthday party but the cards kept going. I was sorry to hear that she had gotten Covid and was praying very hard that she would recover from it. Your mother was a gem and should be treasured always. She will live on in your hearts. Rest in peace, Elizabeth.

To the entire Carelli family: Elizabeth was a loving, kind and caring woman. I was fortunate to be called her friend. She raised a beautiful family. Everyone who knew her loved her. Although your hearts are broken now, may time heal them and your grief lessen. Rest in peace, Elizabeth.
