Beloved sister and aunt passed away on Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Ascension St. Mary’s Medical Center. Age 65 years. The daughter of the late Charles and Florence (Masters) Wrege, Donna was born on November 22, 1956 in Saginaw, Michigan. Donna was a teacher for the Buena Vista School District for many years until her retirement. She played the trumpet and was a member of the Bay City Band, Eddy Band, Bay Tones and Blast from the Past. She also played at St. Stephen Catholic Church on holidays.
Surviving are her sister, Mary Malenfant, Saginaw; many nieces and nephews. Donna was preceded in death by her siblings, Richard Wrege and Susan Bell.
Honoring the wishes of the family, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Donna's life will take place at her home, 4112 Alvin Street in Saginaw Township on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements have been entrusted to The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.
