Diana Linn Wojtasinski,

Saginaw, Michigan.

Loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Covenant HealthCare Cooper. Age 70 years. Daughter of the late Edwin and Betty (Ester) Iles, Diane was born March 31, 1950 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to James L. Wojtasinski, her loving husband of 46 years on December 6, 1974. He survives her. Diana was a Registered Nurse for 25 years at many locations in the Saginaw Area. She was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish – St. Helen Catholic Church and board member at Saginaw County Right to Life. Diana enjoyed traveling and collecting shells from the beach and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Surviving besides her husband Jim are five daughters and one son, Nichole (Brett) Bixby, Sanford; Traci Rapin, Saginaw; Nathan (Linda) Wojtasinski, Ypsilanti; Mary (Kyle) Marietta, Peachtree City, Georgia; Laura (Tyler) Bowen, Louisville, Kentucky; Lydia (Andrew) Schultz, Livonia ; 15 grandchildren, Cory, Kristen, Cameron, Marek, Moraine, Tristan, Rowan, Avery, Fela, Kyrin, Silas, Gianna, Lydia, Perrin, Penelope; three great-grandchildren, Grant, Emmet and Riley ; sister, Debbie (Don) Penney, Hillsdale; two brothers, David (Kira) Iles, Fairbanks, Alaska; Dan (Stacy) Iles, Byron; sister-in-law, Mary Jean Zissler, Franklin, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews. Diana was preceded in death by her sister, Dawn Iles.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish-St. Helen Catholic Church, 2445 N. Charles, Saginaw, Michigan. Rev. Fr. Prentice A. Tipton will officiate. Honoring Mrs. Wojtasinski’s wishes cremation will follow. Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, where the family will be present on Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, the limitations of number gathered, mask wearing and social distancing will be observed. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw County Right to Life or Breast Cancer Society.
