Beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle and friend passed away suddenly in an auto accident Thursday, March 9, 2023. Age 30 years. Son of Daniel P. and Gail (Gohm) Sullivan, Daniel was born August 16,1992 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was a 2011 graduate of Heritage High School and a 2017 graduate of Delta College. Dan was employed at McDonald’s, Self-Serve Lumber, Sky Climber and currently at Vestas Wind Systems. He attended St. Dominic Parish. Dan enjoyed watching U of M football and basketball, Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, listening to music and especially spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving to cherish his memory are his parents, Daniel and Gail Sullivan; his sister, Jenny and Shaun Kleiber, Freeland; two nephews, Dawson and Everett Kleiber, Freeland; his grandmother, Jacqueline Sullivan, Saginaw; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Dan was preceded in death by his grandparents, Fred and Ann Gohm, James Sullivan and an uncle, Jim Gohm.
Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 at St. Dominic Parish-St. Stephen Catholic Church, 2711 Mackinaw, Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Steven Gavit will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. A Vigil Service will take place 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Saginaw City Rescue Mission or St. Dominic Parish.
