Constance Bailey
Constance L. Bailey, age 94, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Medilodge of Ludington, in Ludington, Michigan. Constance was born on April 3, 1927 to Joseph and Laetitia Bastien in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Connie was employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital for many years until her retirement in 1982. She was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church, and currently a member of St.Thomas Aquinas Church, Saginaw, Michigan
Surviving are two daughters,Susan Alfano, Florida, and Connie Braun,Indiana; her grandchildren and great children, two sisters, Mary Lou Hebeler, Ovid, Michigan and
Barbara and Dick Furstenberg, Ludington, Michigan; many nieces and nephews, especially niece Mary Morrissey and nephew Paul Garson.
Constance was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Laetitia Bastien, and one daughter Catherine Stevens and two sons Michael and Matthew Bailey, and grandson Jeremy Bailey as well as three sisters, Lucy Altman, Gertrude Garson, and Anita Krupp.
Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 19, 2022 St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State Street. Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate with interment to follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Family will greet friends at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass.
