Freeland, Michigan.
Beloved husband, father, son and brother passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 at Michigan Medicine Hospital, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, after a courageous four year battle with cancer. Age 44 years. Son of Darrell and Sandy (Lucksted) Terbrack, Brett was born September 13, 1978 in Saginaw, Michigan. Brett was a 1997 graduate of Heritage High School, attended Michigan State for two years and graduated from SVSU with a Bachelor’s Degree. He married the love of his life, Heidi Wisniewski , on August 20, 2011 in Saginaw. She survives him. Before he was forced into retirement in 2018 he was a sales executive at Henkel Corporation. Brett was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, Fordney Club, Leadership Saginaw and volunteered at various soccer groups. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling working on his cars, soccer and especially spending time with his family.
Surviving besides his wife Heidi are two daughters, Aviry and Alexia Terbrack; his parents, Darrell and Sandy Terbrack, Grayling; his sister, Lindsey and Steve Garrett, Kalamazoo; his father-in-law, Mark Wisniewski, Merrill; best friends, Milan Musulin and Bryan Anklam; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and his two beloved dogs, Larry and Luigi. Brett was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arnold and Leona Terback and Melvin and Charlotte Lucksted; and two cousins, Chad Hiser and Jeff Lucksted; and two beloved dogs, Spike and Sako. A special thanks to the Rogel Cancer Center, Dr. John Christopher Krauss and Dr. Wael Solh for the care provided for over four years.
Honoring Brett’s wishes cremation has taken place. A visitation will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, November 4, 2022 at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), Saginaw. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to his children’s education.
