Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023. Age 88 years. The youngest daughter of ten siblings, she was born to the late Leo and Louise Krupp on December 27, 1934 in New Lothrop, Michigan. She married, the love of her life, Bob Gizowski on April 12, 1969. He survives her. Barb was a born-again Christian and devoted her life to Jesus. Barb’s feisty spirit helped her be an amazing spokesperson and spread the powerful message of her lord and savior, Jesus Christ. She was a loving, caring, and compassionate mother always putting her kids first. Her positivity spread throughout all parts of life. Barb was very proud of her five beautiful grandchildren.
Surviving to cherish her memory, besides her husband Bob are three sons, Darcy, Roque, Mitchell; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Barb was preceded in death by her son Kelly, on June 13, 1980.
Honoring Barbara and her family’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, January 30, 2023 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). Bob Gizowski will officiate. Friends may visit the funeral home where the family will be present on Monday, January 30, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to a charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.
