Adeline S. Pasterz,

Saginaw, Michigan.

Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at St. Francis Home. Age 94 years. Daughter of the late Stanley and Victoria (Laboda) Kusowski, Adeline was born April 14, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Roman Pasterz on June 24, 1950. He predeceased her November 5, 2001. Adeline was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, League of Catholic Women and Volunteer at V.N.A. Hospice. She enjoyed reading and crocheting.

Surviving to cherish her memory are two daughters and four sons, Dr. James Pasterz, Grand Junction, Colorado; Dave and Jackie Pasterz, Freeland; Sue and Ken Skutt, Saginaw; Tim and Ela Pasterz, Grand Junction, Colorado; Andy and Tammy Pasterz, Saginaw; Deanne and Tim Dugan, Indianapolis, Indiana; eleven grandchildren, Chris and Melissa Pasterz, Aaron Pasterz and his girlfriend Bonnie, Chad Pasterz and his girlfriend Leslie, Kristin Ancel ,Katie and Jose Castillo, Garrick and Julie Skutt, Jenni and Tyler Neal, Jonathan and Kelly Nowak, Zachary Nowak and his girlfriend Jasmine, Dana Pasterz and Cory Pasterz; twelve great-grandchildren, Magnolia Jane, Kaitlyn, Randy, Kaylee, Lexani, Azariah, Zayda, Cadence, Brayden, Brooklyn, Hannah and Ellie and an angel on the way; many nieces and nephews. Adeline was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Vicki Pasterz; four sisters and four brothers, Mary Kusowski, John Kusowski, Matthew Kusowski, Bernice Lazowski, Edwin Kusowski, Thaddeus Kusowski, Irene Lasowski and Gertrude Clark.

Funeral Liturgy will take place 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 24, 2021 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St., Saginaw, Michigan. Rev. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate with entombment in St. Andrew Mausoleum. Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
