Our beautiful Abbey Maxa was granted her angel wings Monday, May 10, 2021. Age 29 years. Daughter of Kathleen (Radziewicz) Maxa and the late James Maxa, Abbey was born February 29, 1992 in Saginaw, Michigan. Abbey’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Surviving besides her mother Kathleen are a sister and brother-in-law, Aubrey Maxa –Duby and her husband Kyle.
Honoring Abbey’s wishes cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty). In accordance with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services ordinance, the limitations of number gathered, mask wearing and social distancing will be observed. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to American Diabetes Association or charity of your choice.
